Yazen Market Place is located on Van Buren Blvd. in Riverside, California. Construction is expected to start on it either towards the end of 2007 or beginning of 2008. It sits on a 5.5 acre site that will have a Shell Gas Station, convenience store, car wash, 6 suite retail building, and a drive-thru restaurant; phase two of construction will then add a sit down restaurant and another 4 suite retail building.
