The Ramona Expressway Shopping Center off of Interstate 210 on Ramona
Expressway in Perris, California is going to be our biggest project yet. It sits
on 10.5 acres and has a Chevron gas station, convenience store, car wash, 7
suite retail building for rent, 6 suite office building all rented by Farmers
Insurance, and 3 sit down restraints. Construction is expected to begin in the
Fall of 2007 and should be completed sometime in 2008. There are still several
