The MGM Shell in Riverside, California off the 60 Fwy on Pyrite St. was
the first business the Alabbasi family had opened. It opened its doors in 1999
and has been nothing but success. Inside the main building there is a Popeye’s
Chicken, Subway sandwiches and a convenience store, there is also a diesel truck
stop and 5 gasoline pumps outside. Currently we are in the planning stages of a
renovation and addition to the shopping center, when completed it will have 2
suites for rent, a car wash, and two detached fast food restaurants, expected to
be completed in the fall of 2008.
